As part of our air testing services, Clearaway Services ensures that all air monitoring for airborne asbestos fibres is carried out in strict accordance with CAR2012 regulations, which require testing to be performed by a UKAS-accredited laboratory to ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
Four-Stage Site Clearance Testing
Our four-stage site clearance testing, in full compliance with CAR2012 / HSG 248, ensures that the site has been thoroughly decontaminated and is safe for reoccupation. Upon successful completion of the required stages, we provide a certificate of reoccupation to confirm the site meets all health and safety standards.
